IT Lead

We are looking for a IT Lead.
You will support the day-to-day network and cloud systems operations in a highly secured yet super technical and advanced environment, build documentation and emphasize superior support models. You will support our Tel Aviv and New York locations. What you will do :
Deliver exceptional technical support to employees by resolving all IT-related issues, from routine system access to complex infrastructure challenges, with a commitment to service excellence
Oversee and maintain our hybrid infrastructure, including cloud-based and on-premises IT systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration for Mac and Windows users.
Investigate cybersecurity incidents as a first-tier responder.
Build and maintain our zero-touch approach and enable a seamless onboarding experience by automating macOS/Windows/Linux provisioning processes.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize both existing and new technologies to enhance employee experience while maintaining rigorous security standards
Drive process improvement through automation of recurring workflows
Provide technical support for company events and special operations
Document and share your knowledge by creating internal articles as well as self-help guides for customers.
