Senior R&D Project Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic software company. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional R&D teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, scrum methodology, and the ability to drive successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex software projects, preferred in SaaS and cloud environments and fostering collaboration among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget
Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving issues to ensure project goals are met
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to key stakeholders and senior management
Foster collaboration and communication among project team members to drive project success
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, support and product to achieve project milestones
Provide guidance and mentorship to R&D managers and team members
Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologie.
