As the Digital Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Novo Nordisks digital transformation. You will maintain and enhance our multichannel customer engagement (MCE) ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations for all internal stakeholders. Your expertise will contribute to the successful implementation of our defined MCE strategy, helping to drive innovation and deliver impactful digital experiences. Through your strategic thinking and hands-on management, you will shape how we engage with customers, ensuring that our digital campaigns are not only effective but also align with our broader organizational goals.

In addition, you will:
Facilitate digital campaign management to drive customer engagement.
Execute Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE) plans in alignment with the MCE Manager.
Support and coordinate digital projects, including marketing automation campaigns and unbranded digital marketing plans
Develop and manage social media campaigns for HCPs, ensuring compliance and boosting brand awareness.
Conduct SEO optimization to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.

Requirements:
For this role, you should be a proactive team player with a "can-do" attitude, strong time management, and an openness to change. You enjoy working with diverse teams and take responsibility for achieving objectives.
Academic/Masters degree in relevant field (specialization in communication / business or marketing desired).
3 years of sales and marketing experience including 2-years of digital marketing experience with a focus on customer journeys, social media and SEO, preferably in the healthcare space.
Knowledge of multichannel campaign development with focus on marketing automation systems (customer journey development), utilization of SoMe and other digital communication (web, paid media etc.).
Proven record of developing successful social media campaigns and optimization of digital content for search engines.
Fluent use of Hebrew and English language.
