Our team manages risk for Metas payment ecosystem across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger and Reality Labs, with direct impact on Meta's revenue. We are seeking a skilled product manager in Tel Aviv who will focus on detection strategy and execution.
Product Manager, Financial Integrity Risk Responsibilities
Identify, prioritize, and deliver clear short, mid, and long term goals aligned to the business priorities, and guide the team through key milestones
Actively work with teams across Monetization and Integrity to identify synergies and initiate partnerships that create business value
Collaborate with Risk Operations to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our run-the-business activities
Effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Work as the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals
Understand Metas strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry
Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics

Requirements:
8+ years product management or related industry experience
Background in risk management, integrity or cyber security
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design
Displaying strong leadership, organizational and execution skills
8+ years product management or related industry experience
