Accounts Receivable and Order Management Specialist, Remote

We are looking for an intelligent and driven Accounts Receivable and Order Management Specialist (AR and OM Specialist).
As an AR and OM Specialist, you will be a key contributor for the financial operations of our rapidly growing company. You will be responsible for all aspects of customer billings and collections processes. You must be a hands-on, roll up your sleeves type of individual and should enjoy a fast-paced, start-up environment. The position requires strong financial and accounting skills, superb excel/data analytics skills, a strong business sense and the ability to understand the big picture while being detail oriented.
The positing will report to the Chief Financial Officer and is located in Tel Aviv, Israel or US, Remote.
Responsibilities:
Process Sales Orders in NetSuite
Reconcile information between NetSuite and HubSpot
Conduct all customer billing functions on a timely matter: generate invoices, send invoices to customers, ensure timely collections
Perform Account Receivables, Revenue, Deferred Revenue monthly reconciliations
Perform monthly contract reconciliations
Monitor AR aging and contact customers assisting in collection efforts to control days outstanding balances
Assist customers (internal and external) with requests for information
Other duties as assigned.
