The network expert team is part of the customer services group, as a network expert you will act as an escalation point for NOC, customers, and onboarding team for technical network issues.
Lead a team of 6 Network experts working in Israel and US.
Manage teams knowledge and training on new features, tools and improve their networking capabilities.
Ensure 24/7 availability of our Global Cloud production infrastructure and handle day-to-day production network issues.
Work with Cloud Engineering team on deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Assist with incident response and support customers during network events and attacks.
Work with network architects, engineering, and R&D on infrastructure improvements.
Actively monitor, react, and troubleshoot system events and alerts.
Investigate and resolve network and application related issues.
The position requires on-call duties.

Requirements:
What you need:
5 years hands-on experience in implementing and troubleshooting complex TCP/IP technologies.
At least 2 years experience as manager or technical lead.
Strong leadership skills and experience a must.
Must have experience with strong routing and switching concepts CCNP advantage.
Experience with Cisco/Juniper router, switches and routing protocols, mainly BGP - a must.
Knowledge with HTTP/s protocol, load balancer and operating systems (Windows and Linux) An advantage.
Good communication skills and experience working with customers a must.
Knowledge of security appliances (such as firewalls) and experience with our security and ADC products significant advantage.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python advantage.
Ability to collaborate, sync and manage processes with other teams to achieve incident resolution.
Multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with our services and products An advantage.
Fluent English.
