Quantitative Researcher, Growth Responsibilities
Scope and plan research to provide actionable insights to multiple product teams, based on a thorough understanding of teams' business needs Rigorously execute the research, end to end, applying relevant quantitative methods Write up research findings and present them to cross-functional stakeholders, emphasizing research findings, implications and product recommendations
Quantitative Researcher, Growth Responsibilities

Requirements:
Ph.D. in social science (e.g., Sociology, Political Science, Economics, Psychology), or in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Informatics, Econometrics) with experience answering social questions, or a Research Masters in social science with extensive, relevant, industry experience
Knowledge in quantitative research methodologies (e.g., survey sampling and design, significance testing, regression modeling, experimental design, behavioral data analysis)
Interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research
Experience in data manipulation and analysis using statistical tools (R/SAS/Stata, SQL/Hive)
Ability to ask, as well as answer, meaningful and impactful questions for businesses
Willingness to travel internationally
