Responsibilities:
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process, focused on our business domains.
Partner and work closely with hiring managers to ensure high-quality recruitment.
Conduct in-depth face to face HR interviews while meeting company's quality.
Hire top-notch candidates.
Build a strong talent pool for key positions, develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.
Use data and build strategic plans to meet hiring plan in terms of quality.
Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience.
