As the compliance team expands, we're looking for a talented Compliance Manager to join our rapidly growing company.
As a Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our operations meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Reporting to the Senior Compliance Officer, you will assist in implementing and monitoring compliance guidelines and policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
This position requires the ability to navigate complex legal landscapes across multiple jurisdictions and to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure compliance with global regulations applicable to our practice, as well as platform guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact on the companys operations.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability.
Assist with the development and maintenance of compliance training programs.
Work closely with internal teams, including support, monetization, product and operations, to ensure all processes and products meet compliance standards.
Manage relationships and work closely with outside counsel.

At least 2 years of experience in a compliance position in a global company.
High proficiency in English.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage time well, prioritize effectively and handle multiple deadlines.
