Were looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team.
As an FP&A Analyst, youll be responsible for performing financial planning and analysis to support our business growth and strategic initiatives.
Youll play a key part in the development of various business models, monthly and quarterly report packages for senior management, work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
Responsibilities:
Manage, analyze and control global company expenses.
Own the analysis of financial results as compared to prior periods and forecasts.
Prepare financial reports to senior management, including monthly performance dashboards, variance analysis, and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Support forecast and various ad-hoc projects.
Optimize FP&A processes and systems to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.

At least 3 years of experience as a FP&A / Finance Business Partner.
Experience in budget control.
Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
BA in Economics/Accounting.
High level of English.
Positive attitude, ability to work independently, self-learn and adapt to a fast changing environment.
Ability to manage many tasks in parallel according to priorities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Netsuite and Planning tools- Advantage.
At least 3 years of experience as a FP&A / Finance Business Partner.
