Role Description

We are looking for a Configuration Management and PLM Leader
You will report to Sr. Product Engineering Manager
You will be based in Caesarea, Israel

Location
On-site - working for the office at Caesarea

What you will be doing:

Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle PLM, ensuring successful deployment and alignment with business needs.
Manage configuration control processes, ensuring data integrity and compliance in a large-scale environment.
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on Oracle PLM functionalities and best practices.
Drive process standardization across teams and departments to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Customize Oracle PLM workflows and reports to meet evolving business requirements.

What you should have:

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Electronics Engineering / related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with PLM (Oracle - advantage), including system implementation and configuration.
Proven experience in configuration control management in high-tech organizations.
Strong background in leading process standardization across teams and departments.
Experience providing user support and training on PLM functionalities.
Knowledge in BOM management and change control board.
Experience with system integration (ERP, CAD) and PLM workflow customization.
Willingness for a full-time temporary position
