Required Backend Team Leader
As a Backend Team Leader, you will:
Lead a team of backend developers in GO
Be in charge of the teams personal growth and development
Build robust production applications at the core of the companys solutions
Work closely with product management to build the product vision
Manage the products architecture, design and lifecycle
Set clear goals based on technical and business requirements
Take an active part in the implementation (hands-on) of the teams various services and features.

Requirements:
If you have:
6+ years of experience in SW development (at least 3 years of GO development)
2+ years of managerial experience as a team leader/tech-lead
Experience with design and architecture of complex features
Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), ORM and database design principles
Hands-on experience working with microservices and Dockers
Ability to adapt to an extremely dynamic environment

It would be great if you also:
Experience with frontend development
Experience with K8S.
If you have:
