What youll do:
Responsible for the front desk including welcoming visitors, vendors, and candidates
The focal point for an initial response for all employees
Communication with the building management regarding the gym, events, maintenance, and parking
Assisting with new employees onboarding
Responsible for all parking arrangements (employees and guests)
Coordinate event schedules and conference rooms in the office as needed
Preparation of conference rooms according to scheduled meetings
Handling international and domestic deliveries.

Good written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
Passion and energy to handle complex multitasking with grace and adaptability
Attention to detail, highly organized, and fast learner
An excellent work ethic and an ability to take ownership for broad responsibilities
Bonus points:
Experience managing business travel.
A great team player, people person, service orientated, proactive and enthusiastic
