We are seeking a R&D Project Manager for our growing Engineering team.
As R&D Project Manager you will:
Coach team members in Agile frameworks and Scrum ceremonies.
Guide Development teams to higher scrum maturity and continuous improvement
Lead implementation of improvement processes and practices and help teams implement changes effectively
Develop project plans, schedules and status reports including contingency plans
Guide cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of intricate projects within the time frame, budget and desired quality
Identify and mitigate project risks, be responsible for the on-going status and progress
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience with project management & planning
Strategic thinking with ability to dive to technical aspects quickly
Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the delivery projects
Experienced in working with large number of stakeholders in cross units
Excellent time management and organizational skills - experience in establishing guidelines for others
Excellent oral and written communication skills, good presentation abilities and leadership skills
Problem-solving approach, conflict-resolution ability and self-motivation

Experience in a Scrum Master role
Experience in team management.
