We are looking for a talented Consolidation Manager to join our team.
* Manage and train accounting staff of two accountants
* Responsible of the consolidation system, consolidation elimination entries and reporting templates of the group
* Taking part in the monthly and quarterly financial closing, consolidation preparation and cash flow statements
* Working closely with the companys Controllers to assure the organizations financial accounting needs.
* Manage intercompany reconciliations.
* Manage the profit in inventory (PII of the group)
* Monitor and review the accuracy of financial data.
* Working with the Company's external auditors/advisors on audit, accounting, and other matters.
* Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
* Taking part of the accounting implementation of Oracle ERP.

Requirements:
* CPA
* Experience with Oracle ERP system and HFM system - advantage.
* Strong working knowledge of US GAAP.
* At least 5 years' experience in a Big 4 accounting firm auditing global hi-tech companies and work at global hi-tech companies, including previous management responsibility.
* The position requires an experienced, collaborative accounting professional with the background and interpersonal skills necessary to influence and manage an effective team.
* Attention to detail, superior organizational and exceptional communication skills are key requirements for the role
* High-level English - excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong EXCEL experience
* CPA
* Experience with Oracle ERP system and HFM system - advantage.
