- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Design and TEST jigs and fixtures to support manufacturing and assembly operations.
- Apply Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFM & DFA) principles to optimize product designs.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot Real-Time issues in the manufacturing process.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Plan and execute experiments to validate design concepts and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of quality components.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Experience in a multidisciplinary company, with a strong emphasis on both mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Proven expertise with SolidWorks and PDM, including drafting and modeling
- Background in manufacturing engineering Thorough understanding and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proven experience in a multi-interface work setting
- Proficient in designing jigs and fixtures
- In-depth knowledge of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFM & DFA)
- Strong understanding of assembly processes and product testing
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for Real-Time issue resolution
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret manufacturing data
- Experience in planning and executing experiments
