Travel Coordinator - Maternity Leave replacement

We are looking for a Travel coordinator to lead the end-to-end travel process, ensuring a best-in-class traveler experience and managing costs effectively. This role is part of the global HR team, reporting to the Travel Team Manager.
*Currently it is a temporary position for maternity leave*
As a Travel Coordinator you will:
Own the end to end travel process for all business purposes, including: scheduling flights and ground transportation, booking accommodations, and handling any other travel-related tasks.
Provide best-in-class service level and traveler experience to travelers
Manage costs diligently and optimize for cost effectiveness on all travel transactions
Help manage travel budgets for budget owners, including reporting of budget utilization and balance available
Ensure all travelers are equipped with relevant documents before travel (insurance claims, valid passports and visas).
Manage relationships with vendors (travel agencies, airlines, hotels) including ongoing communication, pricing negotiation and policy compliance
Organize travel and accommodation for large scale events such as marketing conferences, company kickoff, team offsites etc.
