Were looking for an Vertical Team Lead - Web, Backend (reporting to R&D Director)
So, what will you be doing all day?
Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance and support to achieve exceptional results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Design, code and manage large scale, highly available services using cutting edge technologies (.Net, React, over AWS, CI/CD on Kubernetes).
Lead the design of complex applications within a Big Data environment, while exploring and addressing challenging server-side issues.
Ensure the adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural principles to maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.
Oversee the team's day-to-day activities, track progress, and identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
Proactively identify and mitigate technical challenges, resolving issues promptly to ensure project success.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing, innovation, and professional growth.

Requirements:
2+ years experience as a Team Lead or similar managerial position, demonstrating the ability to lead, motivate, and empower development teams.
Strong expertise in backend technologies, including .NET, NodeJs, MySQL.
Experience with databases such as dynamo db, firebolt / snowflake.
Advantage: Experience in front-end development utilizing JavaScript/TypeScript and React
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, version control systems, and continuous integration/delivery practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
A passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and a commitment to driving technological advancements within the team.
Love to be a hands-on leader - a must!
