We are looking for a talented Senior Backend Java Engineer to join our team and build cutting-edge solutions for the logistics world. You'll work on designing, developing, and implementing features for a robust and scalable platform.
Responsibilities:
Designing, planning, and executing the roadmap for the team while focusing on introducing new ways to improve the application performance
Participating and leading the design of complex features
Work closely with product managers to understand the business requirements
Collaborating with team members on technological and architectural topics

Requirements:
6+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer (Java Spring is an advantage)
2+ years with practical hands-on experience in developing and researching algorithms
Experience working with Relational and No-SQL databases (e.g. Datastore, MongoDB, etc)
Experience with designing and architecting large and scalable cloud-based applications
Experience working with Microservice architecture and event-based systems
Strong mathematical background
Outstanding drive and communication skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Bonus points for:
Experience with Spring Framework
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP)
Experienced with Docker, Helm, Kubernetes technologies
BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent
