We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of our cutting-edge web3 security software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, technical leadership, and development best practices.
Expertise in cybersecurity is essential, and familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and related technologies is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technically a cross-functional team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and robust systems, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Mentor and guide team members on technical challenges, code quality, and software architecture best practices.
Conduct code reviews and ensure alignment with security guidelines and industry best practices.
Leverage blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies to develop innovative features and secure transactions (advantage).
Identify, mitigate, and resolve security vulnerabilities within software applications.
Stay current on emerging trends in software development, cybersecurity, and blockchain.

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in a leadership or tech lead role.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, and secure coding practices.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Rust.
Experience with cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)..
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized systems (advantageous)
Certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CEH, etc.) or blockchain technologies.
