Join a leading international High-Tech company at the forefront of innovation.

We seek an experienced Labor lawyer to join the dynamic legal department of a Hi-Tech company in Tel Aviv and report to the GC.

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic legal advice to the HR team on employment issues and best practices, including policies, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and terminations
Draft and maintain employment-related documents in Israel and abroad, including separation agreements, non-competition, confidentiality, consulting agreements, manpower, and service providers according to Enhanced Enforcement of the Labor Law provisions, adapting employment agreements for overseas employees to comply with local labor laws.
Contribute to creating employment law-related training programs

Requirements:
Qualifications:
License to practice law in Israel
3-5 years of experience managing employment law matters at a large law firm or global corporation
Strong legal writing and verbal skills in both English and Hebrew
Excellent communication and legal drafting skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines
