Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the development, approval, and ongoing management of the product roadmap.
Oversee the entire development lifecycle of products and features.
Define objectives, leading metrics, and key results to measure the success of quarterly initiatives. Measure adoption, usage data, and business results from product launches.
Manage the data aspects of the product, ensuring it meets customer needs and provides accurate answers.
Empower internal teams with the necessary tools and data.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and communicate them clearly to engineering teams.

Requirements:
7+ years as a Product Manager with Inbound experience.
Strong technical background; able to discuss technical constraints and alternatives with analytics and engineering teams.
Data-driven with exceptional business acumen to align product initiatives with business goals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective user engagement and seamless collaboration with engineers.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
Deep understanding of the software development process from concept to delivery.
Ability to prioritize tasks and focus on high-impact initiatives.
Highly collaborative and team-focused, yet capable of driving projects independently.
Proactive, enthusiastic team player.
Fluent in English and Hebrew.
Startup experience as a founding team member or founder - a great advantage.
7+ years as a Product Manager with Inbound experience.
