Establish and maintain robust testing and validation processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manage the electronics production lifecycle, including supply chain, manufacturing, and quality control.
Ensure adherence to communication protocols and interfaces for seamless integration across subsystems.

Requirements:
B.Sc/M.Sc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
9+ years of experience in electronics design, production, and testing, preferably in robotics or industrial applications.
Demonstrated project management skills in a technical environment.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control processes.
Proficient in communication protocols, interfaces, and signal integrity analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on production optimization and Quality Assurance.
