Lead automation and robotics projects for manufacturing and assembly, ensuring quality and efficiency. Design mechanical assemblies and automated systems, and establish or improve production lines, from concept to mass production. Oversee projects from the definition stage (DFA) through to implementation, including managing first runs (FAT, SAT) and providing ongoing support. Troubleshoot complex control systems and automation machines. Offer Technical Support for electro-mechanical equipment, including controller programming and working with suppliers. Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors, manage Automation Engineers, and lead engineering processes like VSM, PFMEA, and VALIDATION (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).
Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience in managing, developing, and implementing automation processes required.
Experience in managing strategic projects, including responsibility for meeting deadlines required.
Experience in guiding and implementing production systems from specification, design, and execution with subcontractors in Israel and abroad an advantage.
Proficiency in software applications: ERP, PLM, PDM, ALTIUM, SolidWorks (Priority is an advantage), Office.
Ability to work in teams and with interfaces in production, development, quality, and suppliers.
Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, both reading and writing.
At least 7 years of experience in managing, developing, and implementing automation processes required.
