We are looking for a talented Product Designer with a proven track record in designing complex systems to join our growing Global Product Design team.
As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products by leading the design of products and features from early exploration through to final production.
You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and teams across R&D, Sales, and Customer Success in both TLV and the USA to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions that create value for our customers in the transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full design lifecycle, from user research and concept development to prototyping and final delivery.
Design intuitive, user-centered, and pixel-perfect experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Partner with product management, design, BI, and engineering teams to deliver innovative, effective and data-driven solutions for complex challenges.
Actively collaborate with fellow designers, fostering a supportive team environment through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
Work closely with product managers to align user needs with business objectives, ensuring a balance of user value and strategic goals.
Coordinate with developers to implement the design within time and resource constraints and use communication skills to work within dynamic cross-functional teams.
Contribute to the development and evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency across multiple products.

Ability to independently lead projects from concept to completion.

Experienced in user research methodologies and testing practices, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into effective design solutions.
Self-driven, proactive, and creative problem solver with a keen attention to detail.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, able to easily adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Bachelor's degree in visual design, interaction design, or a related discipline.
Proficiency with design tools like Figma.
High level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
