Role Includes:
Managing multiple projects simultaneously of varying scales, both in the cloud and on-premises.
Planning and defining business requirements, with a business understanding of processes and in-depth discussions with enterprise clients.
Managing the project at the task and Gantt chart level, including budgets, resources, and timelines.
Regular interactions with clients, including on-site visits as needed.

At least 3 years of prior experience in managing and leading large projects.
Experience interacting with both large and small clients, with the ability to guide, understand, and lead the client.
Good English proficiency in reading and writing.
Knowledge and experience with Contact Center platforms is an advantage (Genesys is a significant advantage).
Knowledge and experience in managing and implementing SAAS projects is an advantage.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
At least 3 years of prior experience in managing and leading large projects.
Experience interacting with both large and small clients, with the ability to guide, understand, and lead the client.
Good English proficiency in reading and writing.
