Job Description: As the Vice President of R D, you'll spearhead our research and develop-ment endeavors, driving innovation, product development, and technological advance-ments. We're seeking a strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with short-term objectives while ensuring alignment with our company's overarching goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the company's hardware R D strategy in alignment with business objectives and market trends.
Leadership and Team Management: Provide visionary leadership to our hardware R D team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous im-provement.
Hardware Development and Innovation: Lead the development of cutting-edge hardware products from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.
Technology Management: Stay abreast

Requirements:
BSc./MSc. in electronics engineering, computer engineering, or related field.
Extensive experience (+15 years) in hardware R D, preferably in a leadership role within a technology company.
Deep technical expertise in hardware design, including analog and digital circuits, PCB layout, signal processing, and EMC.
Experience with multidisciplinary and IoT products.
Experience with mechanical design.
Demonstrated track record of bringing hardware products from concept to market.
Strong leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
