About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and leading our sales team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in Online Trading Industry.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English

- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
