We are looking for an ambitious Senior Business Analyst with a passion for strategy and operations in the tech space who will join our B2B department. The B2B Business Analyst will support business strategy and data-driven decision making in the Israeli market. Managing the B2B marketplace which includes the business customer side and the supply side.

Responsibilities:

Use analytical skills and business judgment to identify and solve business problems
Managing junior BA as part of the team
Responsible for business analysis of meeting availability and profitability B2B targets
Promote and lead developments and projects while performing ROI analysis using SQL
Configure the marketplace to achieve optimal performance
Lead strategic projects with senior management and internal units to improve operations, pricing structures, products, marketing and more.
Provide local market intelligence: together with Tech team, research tools and methods used by competitors
Enable data-driven decision making and tracking of business performance

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Business analyst
Educated to a Degree level. Preferably in Statistics, Economics, Management or other quantitative fields.
Master abilities in Excel & PowerPoint and SQL.
Experience in team management - advantage
Fluent English & Hebrew
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau) - advantage.
Creative and out of the box thinking.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Able to work under tight and demanding timelines in a fast paced environment.
Self-motivated and independent.
