We are looking for a Squad Lead to join our growing Implementation group, reporting to Eldar Shua, our Director of Implementation and Support.
As a Squad Lead, you will:
Support our clients throughout the technical implementation process while cooperating with our R&D, Product, Customer Success
Work hands-on to support our customers in their technical needs.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team (engineers, data analysts, and medical data analysts) to achieve success, helping them enhance their professional skills while effectively using business metrics.
Review and refine existing implementation processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Effectively prioritize and re-prioritize tasks due to frequent changes, through strong data orientation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze quantitatively scope technical requirements.
As a Squad Lead, you will:

Requirements:
3+ years experience as a Team Leader/Project Manager with proven experience in execution and full ownership of technical projects.
Experience working with enterprise clients - Advantage.
1+ years of experience in backend software engineering and SQL Advantage.
Experience working in an implementation group Advantage.
