Job Title: Student/Customer Service
Location: Remote Position
Type: Student/Part-Time, mainly evening/night shifts
Responsibilities:
We are looking for an energetic customer relations agent in a remote (from home) for a part-time position for evening/ night shifts.
This position is suitable for students or as a second income.
Key responsibilities:
Providing customer service and Technical Support by email, phone, and online chat.
Work closely with our team to improve the functionality of our products and to meet customers needs.
Review and analyze reports to identify trends and potential improvements.
Work hours - Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM EST time

Requirements:
Excellent English, both written and spoken (native language- advantage).
Basic technical skills, multitasking, customer care skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and problem-solving orientation.
Experience working at a freight/delivery company is a big advantage.
Relevant Education (Import/ Export).
