We are looking for a Development Manager with proven experience in leading teams and projects in the DevOps/software domain, with the capability to guide a team and manage DevOps infrastructure development in a secure cloud environment.
Role Overview:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a DevOps team responsible for delivering cloud as a service.
Development Management: Oversee development processes using multiple languages, including Terraform, Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell.
Agile Implementation: Apply Agile methodologies using Agile management tools.
Vision and Strategy: Develop a technological vision and strategy for cloud solutions within the unit.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop professional teams.
SRE Leadership: Lead the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) domain in the cloud.

Version Control: Experience working with GIT.
Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects and lead teams effectively with excellent interpersonal skills.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work with various professional stakeholders.
