Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will:
Project Management: Oversee classified projects from start to finish, including:
Identifying and understanding customer needs and translating them into optimal solutions.
Planning and managing schedules and budgets.
Collaborating with engineering, development, and project teams.
Analyzing requirements based on customer needs.
Defining work plans and writing specification documents.
Presenting work plans and system capabilities to senior defense industry officials.
Leading technical surveys and trials.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in managing technological projects, preferably in defense or military domains.
Project Leadership: Ability to coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary projects.
Technical Knowledge: Theoretical understanding of software development and experience working with development teams.
Communication Skills: Strong rhetorical and presentation skills.
Attributes: Proactive, motivated, innovative, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
Process Leadership: Experience in leading processes and managing in a matrix environment.
Methodology: Experience with Agile methodology is a significant advantage.
