What will you do?

Be part of the People and Culture global team, and act as an Operational HR project lead

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders, including senior leadership
Ensure project compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR project management or related roles, with demonstrated success in leading global complex HR initiatives and programs.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience driving process improvement initiatives within HR, focusing on optimizing workflows, enhancing efficiency, and delivering measurable results.
Background from a SAAS company- in a similar role, nice to have
Forward-thinking, creative, and collaborative
Bsc, Industrial management or equivalent
