Requirements:
B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software development.
R D executive with a hands-on approach, capable of leading engineers across various teams.
Experience in designing and developing deep tech products, from concept to market-ready solutions.
Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment, including AI, Embedded systems, Cloud, and multiple programming languages ( C ++, C, Python, Rust, React ).
Proven ability to attract and hire top engineering talent, set high standards, and create a growth-friendly environment.
B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software development.
R D executive with a hands-on approach, capable of leading engineers across various teams.
