Responsibilities:
Lead One Of The R&D Teams
Lead Hands-On Aspects Of The Development Cycles
Develop React At Least 50% Of The Time
Coach And Mentor The Scrum Team On Agile Principles, Practices, And Values
Help Solve Technical Problems. Issues Or Blockers With The R&D Technical Leaders/Architectures
Communicate With Solution Management And Product Management. Participate In Cross-Functional Collaboration Within The Organization.

Expertise In JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, And Related Front-End Technologies
Proficiency With Modern Front End Build Pipelines And Tools (Webpack, Babel, Npm, Etc.)
Experience With RESTful APIs And Integrating Front End Applications With Back End Services
Familiar With Java - Advantage
Excellent Social Skills
