Were seeking a full-time Audio Content Curator to join our vibrant Content Team at Kibbutz Afikim.
Wake up for this:
* Evaluate and curate Music & SFX assets from global Audio contributors.
* Research and analyze data and user behavior to derive insights regarding content catalog needs.
* Curate and shape content and collections that capture our platform's essence and inspire our users.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote and implement new projects, working closely with the product team to QA and enhance new features.
* Screen and evaluate new artists entering the Music & SFX catalogs.
* Stay on top of music trends from TikTok all the way to Chartmetric and Billboard, keeping up with global standards and new tech.
* Generate new ideas to improve the catalogs and continuously experiment with enhancing the content presented on the site.

Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in the music industry, audio engineer, sound designer and/or foley artist.
* In-depth understanding of different musical periods, genres, performances, and music theories.
* Ability to manage and plan content gantt - Collections, Albums, Playlists.
* Previous experience in project management or operational roles.
* Previous experience in analysis of data and derive actionable insights - an advantage.
* Experience working in product/SAAS companies - an advantage.
* Experience in video creation - an advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English. Nice to Have:
* Experience in reviewing audio content and providing feedback to artists.
* Experience with Monday, Excel, Backoffice tools, data tools, etc.
* Experience with AI Audio tools is a plus.
* Experience as a contributor to a stock site.
