The team is responsible for the aeronautical development of remotely operated aircraft using a ground control system developed by the company. Role Responsibilities: Engage in the development and validation of the aircraft's aerodynamic model and performance evaluation.
Utilize appropriate tools and processes depending on the development phase. These include simplified calculations for initial aircraft configuration, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for early and advanced design stages, wind tunnel TEST results for advanced stages, and flight TEST data from prototype flights.
Position Requirements: Bachelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering Mandatory
5+ years of experience in aircraft development Mandatory
Knowledge and experience in aircraft aerodynamics Mandatory
Knowledge and experience in aircraft performance evaluation Mandatory
Knowledge and experience in Computational Aerodynamics (CFD) Significant advantage
Knowledge and experience in aircraft stability and control, and automatic flight control systems Significant advantage
