Senior ATE to System Correlation Engineer

Our Networking business unit, are seeking an electric engineer with knowledge in system-level-based IC testing, and it's correlation to production testing (on ATE). We require a hardworking, driven, passionate engineer, who thrives in high-paced and dynamic environments As an ATE to System Correlation Engineer in the VLSI domain, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate correlation between Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and system-level performance for semiconductor devices. Your role involves analyzing discrepancies, refining test methodologies, and ensuring that ATE test results align with real-world system behavior. You will work closely with design, test, and characterization teams to develop and implement robust test strategies that improve product quality and yield and close tasks quickly within a short period!

What you'll be doing:

Running functional and structural tests on the system and correlating performance parameters to parametric data from ATE (production).

Analyzing effects of silicon/environmental considerations on key parameters. Candidates will build the relevant DOEs, write required scripts/functions/ envelopes, debug HW and SW issues during activity, and analyze results from the IC point of view.

We require candidates to understand hardware specifications, the effect of the system board on IC performance considerations, software components that enable the desired functionality, and a variety of network protocols (e.g. Ethernet, Infiniband).

You will collaborate with hardware teams to understand high-level hardware design, focusing primarily on interaction with the IC and taking part in debugging software issues arising from hardware-software integration.
