Scheduler

Creates stable packaging schedule for dedicated machines according to fixed timelines and schedule horizon of 4 weeks;
Responsible for Ready to Execute KPI;
Ensures optimal line utilization and minimal set-up effort;
Main contact for packaging in any planning related topics;
Ensures strong communication and cooperation with Operation team. Follows up with packaging on Plan Adherence on weekly basis and identifies expected delays on orders and "domino effect" for following production;
Comments on deviations in Actuals vs. Schedule (bigger than 5%). Baseline list is provided by planning;
Provides scheduling outcome to packaging;
Supports projects like capacity constraint planning and serialization;
Supports LBE creation and evaluation;
Creates and updates capacity recipes, new resources (by new machines), new tooling;
