A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Site Quality Manager for the southern region.

The role of a Site Quality Manager involves leading the Quality team at a manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and CGXP requirements. Responsibilities include managing quality processes, systems, and resources, driving a culture of quality, and embedding quality principles within site leadership. The manager will act as an independent authority on quality decisions, handle regulatory relations, and share best practices globally.

Requirements:
* Bachelors/Masters in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
* 10+ years of experience in manufacturing site management, including 5+ years in Quality/Compliance.
* In-depth knowledge of local and international GxP requirements (USFDA, EMA).
* Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in Hebrew and English.
