* Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
* Using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, MidJourney and others to develop learning solutions
* Working with subject matter experts to learn and understand complex products, processes and systems
* Identifying the target audience’s learning needs
* Define instructional end goals and create content that matches them
* Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
* Apply tested instructional design theories, practices and methods
* Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
