Technical system Support
Mer- Group A large and leading company in the field of communications is looking for Technical system Support.
Working in a young environment in the field of Cellcom TV- IP Over the Internet
Outgoing personality with a customer focus and right attitude to serve the customer, deriving from a proven and qualified experience in On-Sight Technical Support and continuous work with our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3 years relevant work experience
Fluent in English
Good analytic ability and problem-solving capabilities
Project work (installation, integration, and testing).
Planned Net-Work changes/ expansions.
B.A / B.Sc in Computer Science or Engineering- advantage

Requirements:
A thorough understanding of the following technologies:
- Strong understanding of Linux (Debian & Red Hat) - MUST
- Knowledge of IP/Internet network design and operation - MUST
- Experience with streaming technologies (RTSP, HTTP, HLS, DASH, MSS)
- Familiarity with media codecs and formats (MPEG-2, H.264/AVC, AAC, AC3, MP4, TS)
- Ability to analyze network traces (Wireshark, TCP dump)
- Experience with SaaS deployments on Google Cloud/AWS/Azure
- Scripting skills ( Python - advantage)
- Database knowledge (MySQL)
- Ability to learn quickly and independently.
