Data Management and MLOps Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Data Management and MLOps Team lead to be at the forefront of optimizing our data workflows, overseeing machine learning model deployment, and developing tools for efficient data monitoring and labelling.

Key responsibilities and tasks:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Actively participate in hands-on development
Data Pipelines: Design and optimize end-to-end data pipelines for efficient data processing
Data Monitoring: Develop methods for monitoring data quality, pipeline performance, and model behavior
Data Labelling: Implement data labelling tools and methodologies for training machine learning models
MLOps: Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for ML models
Model Deployment: Lead the deployment of machine learning models into production
Algorithm Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of algorithms to ensure high performance and reliability
