Required Mid-Level Backend Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend services and APIs that support our digital mortgage and credit risk products.
- Architect scalable and secure backend solutions using .NET, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and frontend developers, to integrate complex models and AI-driven solutions into our production environment.
- Implement and optimize generative AI models and AI agents to enhance decision-making processes, automate workflows, and improve customer experiences.
- Optimize and refactor existing codebases for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
- Drive technical discussions and decisions, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on building scalable and high-performance applications.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL, and other relevant backend technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles, including microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with generative AI models, AI agents, and machine learning frameworks is highly desirable.
- Experience in integrating AI-driven solutions into backend services and applications.
- Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and performance tuning.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
- Experience in the fintech industry or working with financial models and data is a plus.
