We are looking for an experienced Game Economy Manager with a real passion for games to join Candivore and the Match Masters team. As an economy manager, you will work closely with our analytics and product teams to ensure Match Masters economy balancing is live and ahead, as well as construct new features from scratch.
Responsibilities
Improve revenue growth by managing and optimizing the store front and promotions within the game, using the game's and external back ends
Monitoring and balancing game economy
Working closely with data, live ops, CRM and product teams to improve the game and the infrastructure behind it
Creating economy flows from scratch and implementing them in the game
Balancing special features in the game
Responsibilities

2+ years of relevant experience in operations behind a gaming or an online product
A strong understanding of Excel and sharp analytical skills - MUST
Analytical degree - Economics/Industrial engineering or similar
A highly analytical and detail-oriented person with a constantly improving attitude and a results-driven mindset
Independent and self-driven team player
English proficiency both spoken and written
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the gaming industry
A strong passion for mobile games
Thrives in a dynamic startup environment
Tech savvy quickly grasps how to work with different software
