About this opportunity
We are seeking a senior attorney who possesses expertise in a broad spectrum of technology transactions for a pivotal role in the iTero Legal Department, responsible for strategic and cross-border transactions.

This role will be located in Petach-Tikva, Israel, and will be a leading position within the iTero legal team, reporting to the General Counsel of iTero. This role will include liaising with regional lawyers in handling the global legal affairs of the iTero intra-oral scanner business and providing strategic and practical advice to iTero senior and executive management.
The ideal candidate will be a senior attorney with intellectual flexibility and versatility, solid business acumen and judgment, and thoughtful, sensitive and persuasive interpersonal skills. In addition, the ideal candidate will have solid experience in cross-border commercial and technological transactions, intellectual property and an understanding of the Medical Device industry.

In this role, you will
Lead global commercial and strategic transactions and work closely with regional legal teams responsible for iTeros most strategic initiatives.
Negotiate, draft, and review complex contracts, including research and development, clinical study, technology licensing and joint development agreements, partnerships and commercial (including supply chain) agreements.
Provide legal advice to the companys senior and executive teams as well as its business and regulatory organizations on issues impacting their activities.
Be highly motivated and demonstrate initiative, adaptability and integrity.
Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect the business, and product and service offerings of the companys business.
Have the ability to organize and coordinate a high volume of activity involving multiple and often complex projects simultaneously and to identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions to improve efficiency.
Be fluent in both English and Hebrew.
