We are looking for a Senior Software Team Leader (Hands-on 30%)
Responsibilities include:
Daily management of a software development team and a testing/integration team.
Analyzing, planning, and budgeting software development requirements.
Building and maintaining a work plan in coordination with the project.
Planning and executing integration and implementation processes of systems within systems (system of systems) for internal and external customers.
Participating in official system delivery processes to customers domestically and abroad.
Leading Design & Design-Reviews processes.

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in computer science/software engineering is mandatory.
At least 5 years of experience in software development as a member of a development team mandatory.
At least 3 years of experience managing a software development team of at least 5 developers mandatory.
Experience with CI/CD processes, DevOps, and Source Control mandatory.
Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies mandatory.
Experience with Web, SaaS, React JS an advantage.
Experience in algorithm development an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel abroad are required.
