We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of our product initiatives, from concept to launch.
You'll drive innovation, manage strategic features, and steer projects through every phase, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Whats the Job?
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, understand competitor strategies, and uncover opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
Define product requirements, features, and priorities and effectively communicate them to development teams.
Gather input from stakeholders and work closely with them to define requirements.
Oversee the entire project management process, including planning and managing sprints, setting timelines, coordinating with development and QA teams, and
Ensure that all product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Monitor product performance, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements.
Optimize UX/UI design elements to enhance user engagement and improve conversion rates, using data-driven insights and A/B testing for maximum performance impact.
Take advantage of new opportunities in the industry to innovate for our partners, managing projects from ideation through to fruition.
Measure adoption and business results from product & feature launches.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
Self-motivated with a solid understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from initial market research and ideation through development, implementation, and delivery.
Experience with API integrations and developing or managing products in marketing technology, social media, or marketing automation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively as a team player across diverse teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while driving product strategy and execution.
Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms, web analytics, and tag management systems - Advantage
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering or other technical disciplines.
