We are looking for an experienced Design System Specialist to join our Marketing team.
This role is pivotal in establishing a cohesive visual brand, streamlining workflows, enhancing quality, and fostering a strong design culture.The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in design systems, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to elevate our marketing and product design initiatives.
As a Design Systems Lead you will...
Develop and maintain a unified design language and comprehensive documentation.
Implement centralized resources and automation tools to optimize design processes.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration and establish feedback loops with various teams.
Conduct regular design reviews to ensure high standards and consistency.
Create and manage reusable design components and scalable processes.
Lead education, training, and advocacy efforts to promote design best practices.
Utilize metrics, KPIs, and iterative updates to refine design systems and processes.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in design systems, Visual Languages, or similar.
Proven track record in establishing and maintaining design systems.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
